Condition is refurbished with 1 year warranty. Only responsible for the shipping cost, I cover the parts and my labor. If a problem arises in the 1 year, I will send out a loaner Scan-X that you can use till I repair yours. I will send the loaner out within the day.

If in the market to buy or replace your existing Scan-X, please read the descriptions. Ask sellers when was the last premaintenance check done on the unit. A Scan-X can function properly for months with no issue. If the belts need to be replaced, that service is between $800 to $1500 for parts and labor. The kits come with 4 belts, and 4 conveyors. The conveyors need replaced if the teflon strip is worn out or the brass gear is worn. Just because its $500 cheaper does not make it a deal. If you want pictures of the condition of the belts I will provide them.
