The Midmark M11 Autoclave is one of our more popular units and for good reason. The M11 has a large front door to increase ease of operation. This same concept is taking to the controls of this unit. They are easy to understand and manipulate. This is a great unit to train on and to get lots of work done on. The Midmark M11 Autoclave Ultraclave Sterilizer is a mighty work horse in many offices. Regarding performance this unit has a very large capacity for a tabletop sterilizer. You are able to get more done and operate at peak performance. Use the M11 to help keep operations in your office running smoothly. We find that dentist have been extremely pleased with this units performance. This unit has easy front access for filling and draining and has controls that are easy to understand and is the best in the industry. Our techs have set this Midmark M11 Autoclave back to factory settings, replaced door gasket and filler parts (which is the main problems with these type of sterilizers). Programmable controls allow for creation of different cycle parameters for special sterilization needs. Programmable buttons allow you to change the following: Time (3 to 90 minutes), Temperature (230 to 275º F), Dry Time (0 to 60 minutes), Vent (slow or fast) and two program buttons. The #1 and #2 buttons allow you to store the change if desired.
Pre-Programmed Controls:
There Are Four pre-programmed sterilization cycle controls: Unwrapped (132º C or 270º F for 3 minutes), Pouched (132º C or 270º F for 5 minutes), Packs (121º C or 250º F for 30 minutes), Handpiece (Dental Handpiece use only)
LCD clear Display:
Indicates cycle selected, temperature and exposure time for selected cycle. During the cycle, the display shows messages describing status of cycle. When the cycle enters sterilization mode, remaining time is displayed as well as temperature and pressure.
