How to order?

The following information will be requested during phone ordering:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Fax number
  • Credit card number and its expiration date
  • 3-digit security code located on the back of card
  • Name and billing address of the credit card holder
  • Shipping address (if different than billing)

NOTE: Prices do not include freight and insurance.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards that are listed on the bottom of the page. We also accept personal and business checks by phone orders only.

What is refurbishment?

Our experienced service technicians take each item apart and inspect it for worn and broken parts. We replace the defective parts and move majority of items to our paint booth facility. In the facility the equipment is sanded, prepped, primed, and given three coats of paint.

Patient chairs and stools are fitted with new upholstery, with your choice of color. We also offer options like memory foam, ultra leather and relaxer with heaters that can be added to your order for small, additional cost.

The final process, before the item becomes available, is complete quality testing by our certified technicians.

Each refurbished equipment unit includes refurbished or new regulators, tubing, gaskets and/or pistons.

How will my equipment be delivered?

We ship smaller items via FedEx or USPS. The larger equipment will be delivered by our freight carrier.

How long until I recieve my order?

It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Does the price include installation?

Prices do not include installation costs. Nevertheless, we can provide you with an estimate for the installation costs by one of our service technicians upon request.

Can I get financing from B&D Dental?

B&D Dental has the ability to offer lower equipment prices by limiting its expenses like not having Accounts Receivable department. We accept checks, credit cards, PayPal or financing thru a lender of choice.

What happens if purchased equipment breaks down?

If a small item breaks down, call our service department for RA number and we can repair it at our facility. For larger items, contact us and we will check with the manufacturers for warranty or connect you with a qualified service technician.
